Our services

Our agency provides assessment, teaching and support programs to help create safe and loving homes for children. We work with families to offer guidance and techniques to improve parenting skills and communication.  We are proud to partner with numerous community organizations to ensure our families have access to counselling and treatment programs specific to their needs.

For children and teens who are unable to stay in their own home, or have no parent or guardian available, we place them in a temporary, safe and caring environment with kin, family friends or a foster caregiver. Peel Children’s Aid Society also facilitates public adoptions for children whose birth family is unable to care for the child.

Child Welfare Immigration Centre of Excellence supports child welfare organizations on cases involving unresolved immigration, settlement, or border-related issues.

With the support of our partners, we work with parents and caregivers to build healthy families and a safe, strong community. We believe that children and youth belong at home with their families whenever possible, and will do everything we can to keep families together. Our goal is to make the lives of children, youth and families better through their interaction with us.
We are Peel CAS and we are here to help.

Fostering & Adoption

All children need a family. Whether through birth, a relative such as a grandparent, an adoptive or foster family, families come together in many different ways. Currently, Peel CAS is looking for people who are open to welcoming new members into their family through fostering or adoption.

Parenting Resources

Peel CAS is dedicated to working with families to improve parenting skills, expand a family’s community support network, and enhance communication. We help children, youth and families work together to create a positive future.

Protecting Children

We believe that children and youth belong at home and with their families.  We work with parents, caregivers, children, youth and other service providers to build a safe and strong community.  Our goal is to partner with families to increase safety and strengthen the well being of children and youth.
