As a parent/caregiver who has received services from Peel Children’s Aid, we would like to get your feedback.

We ask you to take a few moments to complete the following survey and provide us with information about areas for improvement, as well as recognizing areas where we have made a positive difference. Please answer all of the questions if possible; however, responding only to those questions you are comfortable with will help us as well.

You do not need to provide your name; your response is anonymous and confidential.

If you are not comfortable completing this survey in English, please let your worker know and we will provide you with a survey in your preferred language.

This survey does not replace our standard client complaint process. If you have concerns about a specific situation, please contact your worker or his/her supervisor.
