Volunteers at Peel Children’s Aid are community members who choose to share their lives with vulnerable children, youth and families. Each one brings a unique and special talent that adds to the value of our agency. They give of themselves, tirelessly along-side Peel CAS staff to make our mission and vision come to life. On May 25, 2017, Angela Johnson received a Peel Children's Aid long service award for 20 years of active volunteer service. Please read her inspiring profile below.
Angela feels it’s her civic duty to give back to her community. Thoughtful and knowledgeable, she believes in advocating for children and the work of Children’s Aid. Angela served on Peel Children’s Aid Board of Directors for more than 16 years, serving four terms as a Board member.
